UniQ Auckland provides a friendly and safe environment for queer university students and their friends to socialise and meet others. We have a coffee group during the semester, and provide events and outings throughout the year.
We meet every Thursday at 6pm for our social coffee group at Alleluya Café in St. Kevin’s Arcade, on Karangahape Road (K. Rd), just 15minutes from the University.

LGBT Student Network
Who are we? We are a student group for all Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Transgender students and their friends. We aim to provide a social and support group for all students who identify as LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Transgender, Takataapui & Fa'afafine students and their friends).
We have annual events, weekly drop-ins and an active student club.

The AUT Staff Network
The AUT LGBT group was formally established in 1997 to provide a comprehensive support network for queer staff and students. One of the roles of the network is to facilitate a range of academic, cultural, political and social events of specific interest to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, taka taapui and fa'afafine staff. The group forms part of a wider, international network of queer academics and researchers concerned with issues impacting on both local and global queer culture.

Askew - Waikato

Anyone is welcome to join our e-mailing list, which acts as our primary method of communication with members. For Uni students we operate a safe Queerspace for study and just hanging out. Non-students are all welcome to be members and join us for all events.
Join us for Queer Beers, at Don Llewellyn's on campus, at 5pm every Friday during semester.
Askew runs several other events during the year, you can find details of these on the Hamilton Pride website.

We are open to all queer students and we would like you, if queer, to come along and if possible bring a friend. In the future we hope to broaden the activities the group participates in, and include off and on campus events and meetings.
Meetings are held at Building 180 at the Unilounge, the common room, next to coffee cart every second on Monday from 12.30pm onwards on a fortnighty basis. Look forward to seeing you there!

Massey UniQ PN

Massey UniQ PN is social and support group located at the Turitea campus of Massey University in Palmerston North. It is for all queer, queer-friendly and non-defining students (who just happen to like people of the same gender).
We organise social events, visibility campaigns (including pride week) and hold regular meetings to give people a chance to hang out and just be themselves.
We have meetings weekly during Massey Turitea's semesters one and two, Tuesdays at 7.30pm in the pool room at MaLGRA. Note: location may change on certain nights (to a cafe, for example). Feel free to email us and check where our meeting is this week.
